D58
D58 is waterstruck and blue-tempered, i.e. it is fired in low-oxygen conditions. It has four equally usable sides and a rough, changing surface. It is made of red clay and has a varied play of colour in a range of very dark grey shades, ranging from deep charcoal grey to almost black, with occasional green tones.
D58 was developed in collaboration with Lundgaard & Tranberg Architects for the Charlottehaven hotel and residential development in Copenhagen, the first phase of which was completed in 2002.
